1. Introduction

Welcome to PlayXtram. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

Nature of Goods: All products sold on PlayXtram (including but not limited to game accounts, activation keys, and boosting services) are digital goods. No physical items will be shipped.

Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, account credentials or keys are typically delivered instantly to your dashboard and email. In some cases (e.g., manual verification or high-value items), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Note: You are purchasing access credentials or license keys. Ownership of the underlying game software remains with the respective publishers (e.g., Steam, Epic Games).

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a Warranty Protection for eligible purchases.

  • Refunds are issued if the account/key is proven invalid upon delivery.
  • You must report any issues within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds are not issued for "change of mind" or incompatibility with your hardware.

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your Order ID and proof of the issue (screenshots/video).

4. User Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for securing your PlayXtram account and any game accounts purchased from us. We recommend changing passwords and enabling 2FA immediately after purchase.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase information. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses.

5. Prohibited Activities

You strictly agree NOT to:

  • Resell PlayXtram accounts without permission
  • Use stolen payment methods (Fraud)
  • Attempt to hack or scrape our platform
  • Harass other users or support staff
  • Use purchased accounts for cheating/hacking
  • Chargeback payments after delivery

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlayXtram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
